Analyzing Noise and Vibration
ABSTRACT
The simulation tools PumpLinx and Simerics MP can be used to predict, understand, and reduce noise and vibration in a fluid system. The following white paper provides procedures and guidelines for the above, including an example of the successful prediction and reduction of the noise in a gerotor pump for an aerospace application.
